  • A new curated collection, DAKSHTA (Development of Attitude, Knowledge, Skill for Holistic Transformation in Administration) For Young Professionals, is now Live on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform.
About Dakshta
  • The portal combines six functional hubs for online learning, competency management, career management, discussions, events and networking.
  • Tailored for young professionals and consultants engaged in government, this collection (consisting of 18 courses) seeks to build functional, domain and behavioural competencies by acquainting learners with subjects crucial for discharging their duties, and responsibilities effectively.
  • The 18 courses are on 'Data-Driven Decision Making for Government', 'Code of Conduct for Govt Employees', 'Office Procedure', 'Yoga Break at Workplace', 'Effective Communication', 'Stress Management' and 'Reform Initiatives of Govt of India', among others.
iGot Karamyogi
  • iGOT stands for Integrated Govt. Online training’ (iGOT).
  • It is a portal on the Ministry of HRD’s DIKSHA platform for the purpose of capacity building.
  • iGOT-Karmayogi is a continuous online training platform, which would allow all government servants from assistant secretary to secretary level to undergo continuous training, depending on their domain areas.
  • All kinds of Courses from international universities will be made available on the platform for officers to take.
  • The platform is expected to evolve into a vibrant and world-class market place for content, where carefully curated and vetted digital e-learning material will be made available.
  • Besides capacity building, service matters like confirmation after probation period, deployment, work assignment and notification of vacancies etc. would eventually be integrated with the proposed competency framework.
