  • NITI Aayog today hosted the first Shoonya Forum to commemorate the first anniversary of India’s zero pollution e-mobility campaign in Delhi.
About Shoonya campaign 
  • Shoonya Campaign aims to promote the use of EVs for ride hailing and delivery services and minimise air pollution caused by these services.
  • The campaign has 130 industry partners, including ride-hailing, delivery and EV companies.
  • At the Shoonya Forum, 25 Shoonya partners have announced their commitment to accelerate India’s transition to Electronic Vehicles and improve air quality for citizens in the country.
  • They have shared their success stories and commitment towards fleet electrification.
  • The forum provided opportunities for partners to share their know-hows and experiences and promoted potential collaborations.
  • Focused discussions were held on challenges faced by corporates while scaling their electric vehicle fleets.
